Westfield 5K Race Committee Calls for Sponsors
The Westfield HS 5K Race is calling for sponsors for its 7th annual run,
which will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2008 , at 9a.m.
All proceeds from the WHS 5K race run will be used to fund scholarships for
the senior class of 2008. The deadline for getting
sponsors name & logo printed on t-shirts is March 16th, 2008. The deadline
for sponsors to supply advertising packets/flyers to be distributed as part
of the race packets is March 31st. We can still accept sponsors
after that date, but we cannot guarantee their logo will be included after
this date. Last year event raised $8,500.00 for scholarships that were
awarded to selected members of the class of 2007.
Students, parents, businesses, and community members are urged to get involved
in this community-wide event. Sponsors are needed to donate funds and items
such as gift certificates for the raffle. If you have any questions, please
