Committees
Fundraising/Donations Committee
Organizes and coordinates pre-determined fundraisers and solicit donations throughout the year from businesses and parents. As a 501c3 organization all of the donations we receive are tax deductible.
- Businesses - Donation Request letters need to be mailed out to as many businesses as possible. There is a spread sheet to work from, but it can be added to. Everything from gas stations to auto repair shops to clothing stores to beauty stores to restaurants to computer stores to big businesses like airline companies, American Express, and auto dealers. Once the letters go out, a follow up phone call or personal visit is necessary. If you are employed by a business, please consider printing out the DONATION REQUEST LETTER and submitting to the appropriate department where you work. Some companies will only make a donation if the request comes from one of their own employees!! Donations can be food for Mulch day, grad prizes or money to help defray the cost of the ANGP.
