WHS Parent/Guardian/Student To Do List:

The Student Directory sells for $10 and can be ordered via the All-in One PTSA Form in your Back to School packets, where you'd also join the PTSA.  Only staff members, who join the PTSA receive a complimentary copy.  The directory has addresses and phone numbers of students of over 2,900 students, as well as helpful information for parents to contact staff members.  The directory is something that people hang onto for the entirety of the school year and sometimes longer. It is good for parents to have as a tool for carpools, as well as getting to know other kids and parents. We are trimming down on our overruns, so please reserve a copy in advance.

The Westfield PTSA  is also offering a limited amount of advertising space in our Westfield Student Directory.  Directory advertising space will be sold on a first come, first served basis.  Pricing is the same as last year:  Back cover $400, Inside back cover $350, Full page inside back cover $325 (Sold), Full Page $300, Half Page $200, Quarter Page, $150, Business Card $100.

The deadline for directory ads will be September 30th or while space lasts. The PTSA reserves final approval for ads based on the content and appropriateness for the high school population.  Payment needs to be received before we go to print.  We hope to go to press and have the directories by mid-October to student's 7th period class.  All images must be submitted in TIFF (CMYK) formal (Minimum 1200dpi)
