Register for June 18th Sports Physicals for '15/'16

Registration is open for Westfield's Sports Physicals Night at WHS on Thursday, June 18th.  Please consider pre-registering online atwww.fcps.edu/sports and selecting the tab on left for sports physicals.

This event is the sole source of fundraising for our athletic training program and affords our program the resources to provide great therapeutic equipment, and medical supplies to provide cutting edge care to our Bulldog Athletes  

• Appointment times run every 30 minutes beginning at 5:30pm and the final wave releasing at 7:30pm.
• Physicals cost $50
• Physicals are comprehensive and include a take home packet of results and health and nutrition information for athletes.
• Physical paperwork is kept on file eliminating the need to submit/collect at a later date.
• The average time from check-in to check-out is an hour or less.
